YIN YOGA LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned, understand that participating in Yin Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, which target deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia. I acknowledge that this practice carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint sensitivity, over stretching, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I understand that Yin Yoga requires mindfulness and self-awareness, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may result from my participation. I agree to listen to my body, use props when needed, and modify poses as necessary to practice safely.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in Yin Yoga classes, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless  The Coffee Culture, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that this waiver applies to any injury, loss, or harm sustained before, during, or after class.

3. Medical Disclaimer
I affirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in Yin Yoga. I understand that long-held poses may create intense sensations, and I will practice within my personal limits. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in this practice if I have any medical concerns.

4. Photography/Video Release
I grant permission for The Coffee Culture to take photographs or videos of classes for promotional purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the instructor or owner(s) before class.

5. Voluntary Participation and Agreement
I certify that I have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily. I acknowledge that this waiver applies to all future Yin Yoga classes I attend at The Coffee Culture, and I intend to be legally bound by it.
