The Coffee Culture - Salsa Class Waiver and Release of Liability

Acknowledgment of Risks: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in salsa dancing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of physical injury. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being permited to participate in salsa classes, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Coffee Culture, its owners, instructors, and employees from any and all liability for any injury or damage that may occur during my participation in these classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Disclaimer: I affirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the salsa class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical concerns.
Voluntary Participation: I certify that I have read this waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver voluntarily and intend to be legally bound by it.

Picture and Video Release Form

Release of Rights: I, the undersigned, grant The Coffee Culture, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photographs and videos of me during salsa classes and events. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements. Acknowledgment of Use: I acknowledge that the photographs and videos may be used without any compensation to me. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Voluntary Agreement: I certify that I have read this release in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I am signing this release voluntarily and intend to be legally bound by it.
